There is no need to provide your own lock. Our special roll-up doors have a tamper proof locking system. We will provide you with one or two keys that cannot be duplicated.

Your rent is due each month on the 1st.

No. However, there is an one-time, move-in setup fee.  This is non-refundable. It covers administrative paperwork, your lock, key(s) and clean-out service after you leave.

Yes, our digital payment systems sends out a payment due notice one day before your scheduled payment. Once your automatic re-occurring payment is processed, you will receive an paid invoice via your email.

We use the safest form of payment for our reoccurring monthly rent transactions – ACH bank-to-bank transfer.  We will provide the direct bank withdrawal ACH payment authorization form when you complete your storage rental in person.

Yes, there is a late fee of $15 for rents not received by the 5th of the month. If payment is not received by the 20th of the month, accounts incur an additional $20.00 fee.
