Our Rental Agreement is month-to-month. If you live out-of-town, you can review, sign, and securely submit our simple rental agreement from your computer. During our phone interview, you will also be emailed an ACH Authorization form. This sets up your monthly storage payments.
Please note that we do NOT take walk-ins. If you live in the Grande Ronde area, please contact us at 541-910-4438 to schedule a time to come in during normal business hours, Monday through Sunday, since we ONLY meet in person, by appointment.
To move you will need the following:
A check or cash for the first month’s payment.
Thereafter, all payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account. This is termed an ACH transaction.
Show your current driver’s license.
Have a working cell phone and number.
Rents always start on the 1st of the month. We prorate rents after the 15th of the month when you move in. However, we do not prorate storage rent when you vacate your storage unit. Moving out is easy too: just notify us, clean out your unit(s), and return your keys.

Here are a few tips: Everyone always needs more space than expected. Rent one size larger than you think. Load the biggest items at the back and slope down as you get closer to the roll-up door.
We recommend that you pack, wrap, and cover your contents. The height of our storage units are 8.75 feet. The 12 x 34 storage unit allows for a loft and will store boats or trailers.

In-between homes and need to store all of your family’s belongings? This is the perfect space for you, capacity roughly 5 bedrooms, and larger items like washers, dryers and refrigerators.

Now this is some serious storage! This unit has a whopping 300 square feet of floor space, ideal for a 5 to 7 bedroom house, easily storing entertainment centers, refrigerators, beds, couches, and more! There is even room for an ATV or snow mobile.
